I’m experiencing technical issues with the training videos (e.g., freezing, not loading, restarted) what should I do?

To avoid experiencing technical issues as you’re watching the training videos, please check to see that you are following all our system recommendations (https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/systems/). Should the problem persist, try using a different browser (e.g., Firefox, Chrome) or a different computer device.

I lost all my progress on the video after the webpage refreshed.

To ensure you don’t start a video without being able to finish it in one sitting, we have provided the duration of the video in each module description.

The current system does not allow us to save your spot within a video. For your progress to be recorded on our system, you will have to watch the entirety of the video module. To minimize the risk of encountering a technical issue, please follow all our system requirements (https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/systems/)

The system is not unlocking the next module for me and is showing me a time that it will be unlocked. What can I do?

The system only unlocks modules after a certain period of time has passed (around 8 hours a day). If you are completing the training as designed you will not see this time lock. The system will make the module available for you once the required time has passed.

I cannot watch the video module because of a “Please return to course sequence” message.

Please return to the course menu and complete all of the previous video modules and quizzes before proceeding.

Are there subtitles or transcripts?

We do not have transcripts of the training we are able to share. We are currently in the process of adding subtitles to all of the videos. Due to the formatting of the videos and how the subtitles need to be added, it is quite a laborious and lengthy process but hope to have subtitles for all the modules ASAP!

Is the training available in multiple languages?

The training is currently only available in English. For more information about our supported features, please visit https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/systems/
