The primary purpose of Autism Partnership Foundation’s CEU courses and other courses is to provide information pertinent to the practice of applied behavior analysis for the purpose of fulfilling continuing education requirements, offering training, and obtaining better outcomes for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Your access to and use of this Website is subject to the following terms and conditions of a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Autism Partnership Foundation (“APF”) By accessing, browsing and/or otherwise using autismpartnershipfoundation.org (“Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. APF may change these Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion by posting the changed Terms of Use on this Website. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you may not access, browse and/or use this Website. The material provided on this Website is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States copyright law and international treaties.

If you breach any of these terms and conditions, your authorization to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials and discontinue use of any hyperlinks to this Website.

By using this platform, or creating an account with AutismPartnershipFoundation.org you agree that you will not abuse the course structure (not limited to; fast-forwarding, skipping or reporting any erroneous data). The courses are designed to be conducted in a desktop environment and we do not support mobile format.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Should you purchase a subscription from APF, these terms and conditions apply to you (“Subscriber,” “you” or “your”) and your paid, annual subscription (“Subscription”) to APF’s CEU Courses (“CEU Courses”). Subscriptions are purchased through PayPal and run for annual terms of 12 (twelve) months and automatically renew each year. Subscriptions can be cancelled in advance of annual renewal following the first year of Subscription by emailing support@apfmail.org. Subscriptions are available for annual terms only and paid in monthly recurring payments through PayPal.

First-time Subscribers may request a refund within the first month of Subscription. Requests are considered, but not automatically granted. APF can deny refund to anyone who has already started the course. All refunds are granted using the PayPal refund system. Per PayPal refund policy, no refund may be granted if 60 days or more have passed since the transaction. No refund may be granted if a certificate has been issued. Please contact support@apfmail.org for refund requests.

PRIVACY

APF collects user e-mail address for the purpose of payment. E-mail addresses are also used for e-mail promotions, to which users may unsubscribe. APF does not share any user information with other businesses. APF may use user information if ever audited for user verification.

User behavior is collected by Google Analytics and the Website. These data are reviewed for search engine optimization consultation by agents of APF and are used to better understand user behavior to inform marketing and to make the site more user-friendly.

USE RESTRICTIONS

Copyright. Unless otherwise indicated, all Website materials, including, without limitation, text, pictures, graphics and other files and the selection and arrangement thereof are proprietary and copyrighted materials of APF or the original creator of the material. You may electronically copy and print the materials on this Website for personal, noncommercial use only, provided you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. Applicable Law

California law will govern and construe these Terms of Use without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions to the contrary. By use of this Website, you irrevocably consent for any and all disputes with APF to the venue of state or federal courts located in the State of California. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Severability; Nonwaiver; Assignment

If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Use, APF reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of this Website and block or prevent future access to and use of this Website.
