Telehealth versus In Person Discrete Trial Teaching

Since COVID-19 the provision of behavior analytic services has occurred via-telehealth for numerous individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Yet little is known about the relative effects of in person teaching to teaching done via telehealth. This study compared discrete trial teaching implemented via telehealth to discrete trial teaching implemented in person. Dr. Leaf will describe the details and results of the study and provide clinical implications for those who work with autistic individuals.
